Sonnier & Castle, a luxury events and catering company, planned a party for their website launch. Two weeks before launch, their recipe for successful still lacked one key ingredient - someone to develop a platform to display the beautiful design and lovely photography.
For us, it wasn't a question of "if", but of "how".
In order to accomplish development within this accelerated timeframe, we broke the project into development phases based on site sections, to allow Sonnier & Castle to review the each phase and enter in content immediately, while we started on the next.
We launched the site in time for the party, thereby accomplishing the equivalent of bringing a four-course meal from kitchen to table in 25 minutes or less.
