Avatar is very excited to announce the roll-out of two additional components to our cloud hosting services. We've incorporated ZenDesk and to our cloud hosting offering as part of our ongoing effort to provide our clients top notch support and effective transparency.


ZenDesk extends the methods available to reach us, including: email, phone, twitter, or web portal. You don't need to sign up either. Clients are added to the system automatically anytime you contact us. On top of this, issues are tracked all the way through to completion - meaning, no more confusing emails.

We rolled out a custom status engine and web portal, using, to provides additional transparency and immediate communication of updates to our hosting clients, such as:

  • 3rd-Party partner outages (e.g. Rackspace, CloudFlare, Mailgun)
  • Partial website outages and global infrastructure incidents
  • Scheduled maintenance, including reminders
